Cambell Brown Engineers was appointed to design the Permanent structure to retain the four perimeter walls and remove the existing internal structure.
The historic structure required underpinning, new foundations constructing, and a light weight timber roof extension. Internally a feature staircase was also designed by Cambell Brown Engineers.
